Howdy! I’m Miranda Kieren and I’m a multi-media artist from Western Wisconsin with an emphasis in painting.
My paintings focus on expressing emotions and conveying memories through the form of impressionistic landscapes. More specifically, my paintings typically center around the feelings associated with chronic illness and invisible disabilities. I have also recently developed a passion for ceramics in Fall 2021. I’m currently focusing a lot on glaze chemistry and would one day like to create my own glaze recipe(s). I’m excited to continue exploring and learning about ceramics.
