Howdy!
My name is Alayna and I’m a multi media artist who grew up in the small town of Madelia, MN. I have a knack for printmaking, ceramics, and painting. My subject matter often includes earthy toned imagery of beautiful bodies, things seen on my trips to the west, and lots of pretty flowers! Besides for making art I love hiking and being outside in the sun with my pup more than anything! I hope you guys like what ya see!

About My Artwork.
In exploring artmaking I have found myself particularly drawn to the female form, foliage, and animals as my subject matter. I have grown up exploring and loving the outdoors. I have spent lots of time traveling and visiting family in the western states such as Montana and Wyoming. I would often take adventures in these places where I would see beautiful fields of wildflowers and animals roaming through the forests and along rivers. I have also grown up being told stories of the strong and wild women in our family. The ladies in my family have all instilled a deep admiration in me for women and what they can do. This idea has transferred into my artmaking and I hope to communicate ideas of beauty and harmony between body and earth.
