Growing up in rural Wisconsin on a family farm significantly shaped my artistic journey. I draw aesthetics from traditional Japanese pottery, my love for nature and agriculture, and I create work to celebrate life, nature and the food we eat. Developing a conscious connection to the land inspired me to establish my ceramics practice.
