Functionality and interactivity are the central themes of my work. I want people to find comfort and connection in my work, be it ceramics, photography, or another medium I choose to use. As I create, I consider the way a viewer will interact with my work and how my personal experiences can be translated into a language and space that allows for interaction.

Creating concrete moments, physical objects, and recordings of experiences, and time will change. The work that I make, and focus on in any instant will constantly differ, but the recordings, the etchings of life, and connection will always live active in the photographs, sculptures, and functional pieces I make. I aim to bring people together to interact and connect through a concrete recording of my time.
